The 7th Annual Reno River Festival is held at the Truckee River Whitewater Park at Wingfield in the heart of downtown Reno's booming Riverwalk District. The Truckee River Whitewater park is located at First and Arlington streets, just blocks from Reno's 24-hour gaming excitement and other attractions including dinging and nightlife, golf, skiing, hiking, bike trails, lakes and a selection of art museums and galleries.

While the Reno River Festival loves dogs and pets of all kinds for that matter, animals are not allowed in the park during the event due to Reno City Ordinance.
